Weekly Finds - Soup and Sandwich Edition

I have actually made one of these recipes! I made a modified version of the brussels sprouts burritos, which can be found here

Sandwiches and Soups:

Grown-Up Grilled Cheese with Balsamic Caramelized Onions Balsamic vinegar + caramelized onions + kale

Caramelized Butternut Squash and Roasted Garlic Grilled Cheese Roasted butternut squash + roasted garlic + fontina

Cauliflower Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons Grilled cheese croutons??

Lunchtime Burritos with Chili Spiced Brussels Sprouts Awesome use of brussels sprouts

Hearty Escarole, Barley and Parmesan Soup Secret ingredients of tomato paste, fish sauce, and bay leaves

Low-Cal Cheddar Cauliflower Soup Super cheesy but still good for you is awesome in my book

Orzo-White Bean "Stoup" with Kale Kind of like a stew, kind of like a soup = stoup

Roasted Sweet Potato and Fig Grilled Cheese with Balsamic Reduction Wow - fig jam + roasted sweet potato + balsamic reduction + cheese

Golden Winter Soup Super creamy, with butternut squash, potato and leeks, topped with baguette and gruyere cheese

How to Make Turkey Stock Turn your leftover Thanksgiving turkey carcass into a homemade turkey stock

Brie and Cranberry Grilled Cheese Use up your leftover cranberry sauce

Dijon Brussels Sprouts Grilled Cheese Sauteed brussels sprouts and shallots in butter and whole grain dijon with lots of gooey cheese

Sunchoke Apple Soup Definitely use the garnishes - fresh apple slices and parsley oil

Tuscan Kale and Chickpea Soup Really simple soup that gets better the longer it sits

Parmesan Broth with Kale and White Beans Instead of using a parmesan rind to just amp up the flavor of broth, this broth is made with primarily parmesan!

Roasted Sunchoke Soup with Caramelized Shallots This soup looks so incredibly creamy and velvety without actually including any cream!

Vegan Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Panini with Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise Even though this sandwich is vegan, it definitely is not missing out on flavor.
