Ideas for Rosh Hashanah Cooking

I can't believe it, but Rosh Hashanah is just a few days away! Whenever the Jewish holidays start, they all come in a pack, and it really is a sign that the summer is over. I want to be prepared this year, and actually do some holiday-related cooking.
